I am really impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Either way keep up the excellent quality writing, it is rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays..
I just want to say I am just beginner to blogging and site-building and honestly loved this blog. Very likely I’m going to bookmark your blog post . You actually come with beneficial writings. Thanks a lot for sharing your website.
Thank you for sharing! My girls and I are making these skirts for our Halloween costumes ("Dapper" Disney characters). The instructions are great and easy to understand! Wish us luck!! 🙂
What is the difference between what you have done here with a knit and what you would do with a woven? I have made many woven circle skirts I want to know if knit ones should be done differently. I find knits hard to measure because the stretch causes inaccuracy.
This answer is very late to your question, but since I don’t see any other replies, I’ll do it anyways.
The fabric that she used in the tutorial is a knit. That means it’s stretchy and you can pull the skirt up over your hips. With a woven fabric you don’t have the stretch, so you would need to put in a zipper to get the skirt on and off. I hope that helps!
Just curious. You say you should have front and back if skirt. Then you go into the waist and hem. Am I supposed to assume that before the waist goes in I sew the front and back together?it is confusing for a beginner.

Excellent tutorial! Can't wait to make one. I love the colors you chose as well! So apparently you don't need a lining or tulle as this looks perfect!

I love the circle skirt and blouse. Can you tell me what the material/name of the fabric is for the blouse?

Apologies for the confusion! Yes, you want to sew the skirt front to the back first and then sew the waistband on.
