This month has been so busy with blog tours, but I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to be a part of Simple Life Pattern Company's Back To School Blog Tour!
Katie, the designer behind SLPCO, always has the greatest pattern designs filled with lots of little details! I've been wanting to make the Molly pattern for some time now, so this was the perfect opportunity.
This pattern features an adorable pintuck placket, scoop neck back and a dainty little peter pan collar. It's available in sizes 2T-12.
I immediately knew I had to use Sarah Jane's Magic fabric line. Each one of her fabric collections is so perfectly curated and filled with delightful details. This specific collection features an adorable magical parade border that I used for my skirt bottom. It has bunnies, birds, a unicorn and a darling little dragon. I paired the Magic fabric with Michael Miller's Glitz polka dot fabric, which made for a perfect match!
My daughter was so excited to look at all the sweet little animals on her dress.

This dress pattern is such a great choice for school pictures. It has just enough detail to be interesting, but not so much that it's distracting.
